Rivo Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your options when placing an order and how to cancel it if needed.

1. Purchase Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Shop Pay (if available)
  • Klarna / Clearpay (Buy Now, Pay Later – where offered)

All prices are shown in £ GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but once your order is placed, the price is locked in.

2. Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
  • This does not mean your order has been shipped — it only confirms we received it.
  • We will send a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:

After processing / packing begins No May be subject to restocking fee
Once order has shipped No Must wait for delivery and return (see Return Policy)


  • To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at emmanuelashaye4@gmail.com with your order number.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can refuse delivery and request a return instead.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment fails, your order will not be processed.
  • We will notify you by email. You can then update your payment details and try again.

5. Changes to Orders

  • Small changes (e.g. address correction) may be possible if requested immediately.
  • Once processed, we cannot change or add items to an existing order.
