- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.

- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50 within the UK.
- Tracking is provided for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
5. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- These charges are collected by the carrier and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
