Rivo Return and Refund Policy

At Rivo, we want you to love your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
  • If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued back to your Rivo account.

3. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size/color changes within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability.
  • You can request an exchange by contacting our support team.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support at support@rivo.com or via live chat with your order number.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label (if eligible).
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of receiving the label.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads and software licenses
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use/wear

7. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs for international orders.
  • Refunds will exclude any duties already paid.
